The Italian school Machiavelli has been open for more than thirty years. The experience acquired in teaching the Italian language to students from many different countries around the world has enabled it to continuously improve the quality of their lessons.
At the end of each Italian course the student has the opportunity to "scrutinize" the school as a whole. The answers given by students in the questionnaire of satisfaction provide important elements for the assessment of the teaching, teaching materials, school office services, extra-curricular activities, quality of housing and relationships within the class.
Taken together, these assessments help the school improve its organization, teaching materials and services offered, trying to match the expectations of the participants of the courses.
